The pattern includes the garment ease and the seam allowances, and also includes an extension for the seat seam and an extension at the inseam for possible enlargements of the thigh measurement. For the trouser hem, six or seven centimeters may be considered for a simple inward fold; however, 12 cm. may be considered at the hem for outward cuffs. The program allows a maximum total length of 110 cm., provided that the trouser leg hem is 6 cm. maximum.
